Defective or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at contact@beautymahal.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product.
Once verified, we will process a full refund for the defective or incorrect item.
You may be asked to provide photos or videos showing the issue to help us review your claim quickly.
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Return Requests (if applicable)
If your product qualifies for a return (only in case of defect or error), please contact us at contact@beautymahal.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
We will provide instructions and a return shipping label if your request is approved.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Once your returned or defective item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval.
If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
